We have a fully managed facility allowing minimum response time. We pride ourselves for a fast, reliable and friendly support team. An average support request is answered in 15 minutes.
Customer’s can login their support request in the following steps:
- The Customers are provided with a user name and password for logging into the customer support panel. Please click on the arrow in the right panel of the website www.rginfotechnology.com
You will be redirected to a login page.
- Put the username and password assigned by us to enter into the system.
- Start logging support requests by generating online tickets.
Customers have the following provisions once they enter the Customer Support Panel:
- The user will be directed to the personalized page which contains the personal profile such as Name, Address and Personal details in the first section on the page.
- In the second section, the User will see the List of projects which would be hyperlinked to a new page where the user can post tickets for any queries or issues.
- If there is no ticket, the user has the option of Submit a new Ticket at the bottom pf the page.
- In the next page, the User will see the Personal Profile and Project Information on Top of the Page. Below that the User will see the List of Tickets for that Project already posted, if any.
- Those tickets will contain the subject line for the already posted tickets, in a serial order. The Ticket Subjects will be hyperlinked to the Description of the ticket.
- The user can see the response of the ticket provided by RG Infotech Support Team and Post the reply on the same.
